Products
The Fiber Kitchen sells personal access to digital, installable web apps and mobile recipe guides. The products are not PDFs, physical goods, App Store apps or Google Play apps.
Personal use
A purchase grants the customer a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased recipe app or collection. Customers may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, copy for commercial distribution or provide app access to others.
Access and device storage
Access is established in the browser after successful payment verification. Favorites, checkoffs and Companion progress are stored locally on the device. This initial release does not promise account-based cross-device synchronization.
Offline availability
Core app content is designed to remain available after the app is first opened online and its required files are successfully cached. Offline availability can be affected if browser data is cleared, the device removes cached files or browser behavior changes.
Food and wellness information
Recipe fiber values are estimates. The Fiber Goal Companion uses general dietary reference information. Nothing in the products is medical diagnosis, individualized nutrition treatment or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Users are responsible for ingredient choices, allergies, food safety and deciding whether a recipe is suitable for them.
Technology
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the storefront and apps usable, but uninterrupted access on every device, browser or network cannot be guaranteed.
